Seattle Police and the City Attorney’s Office are working to revoke the liquor license of the Rose Garden bar in Lake City. The bar is a known crack sales location with a history of overserving violations and violent incidents. Ironically, the Rose Garden is owned and operated by an ex-Drug Enforcement Agent. I find it interesting that just now the Rose Garden is being noticed as a less than desirable place to visit. When I was in High School in the early '80s everyone knew it was the place to go (w/ mace or a butterfly knife in your pocket) because they didn't card & you could score pretty much anything.
