There have been a lot of updates on this recently but I mainly wanted to let people know that the Seattle Police Department has confirmed that they have a suspect in custody now. I’m still not sure if this is the only suspect but it’s certainly a very positive sign.
Also, they have confirmed that this was not a random occurrence. There are links to the specific house on 125th (it was targeted multiple times) and possibly organizations that operate there. It is used as a residence, a church, and a drug and alcohol treatment center. To me, this seems to mean there is little worry about other random buildings being targeted. Ken Turner from SPD will be following up and I’ll try to update this post as I hear more.
[EDIT:] Apparently the arrest was for another charge but they are a possible suspect. And the investigation continues…
