Welcome Tommy’s Pizza

I meant to post this a while ago but it didn’t happen. The recent discussion on the Facebook Page reminded me though. Tommy’s Pizza is new to the neighborhood taking over for the the last of the rating cycle of pizza places at 11754 15th Ave NE #2. I went it and checked it out myself and really enjoyed it. I also had a very nice chat with the owner who had some history about him in flier. Oh, and I’m typing this out manually from the flier so there are bound to be some typos. Sorry.

Hello, my name is Thomas “Tommy” M. Dillon, I was born and raised in Washington, and have spent most of my life working in and around the Puget Sound for various pizza establishments over the last 25 years. During this time I have amassed a cast knowledge of Fast Casual Pizza Recipes.

I opened my 1st location at East Bremerton on Febrary 15th of this year which has become very successful. Building on its success I decided to purchase my 2nd location in your neighborhood located in what used to be House of Pizza which was previous Northgate Pizza, which was previously Domino’s Pizza and was owned by my good friend Arthur N. Mannikko.

Our Signiture Crust is a Beer Batter Crust, a medium thick crust made with Redhook ESB. We brush Garlic Butter on each pizza before we place it in the over for added flavor, brought to you in the 12″ inch, 14″ inch, 16″ inch, and the 24-Cut Party Pizza a full sheet pizza “Sicillian Style” cooked on a 18″ x 26″ cooking sheet and cut into 24 square pieces.

We also carry a crunch Thin Crusted Pizza which is also glazed with Garlic Butter prior to cooking brought to you in 12″ inch or 14″ inch, and lastly we have a buttery flavored gluton-free pizza crust for those with special dietary needs brought to you in 12″ inch or 14″ inch, or restaurant has been thoroughly cleaned to eliminate any possibility of cross-contamination from wheat based products. As you check out our menu you will see that we carry a wide array of sauces and toppings to choose from. We also offer a large selection of traditional and not-so traditional pizza cobinations. Can’t make up your mind? There is no charge for a half and half pizza at Tommy’s Pizza.

We also have several side items Salads, Chicken Wings, Boneless Chicken Bites, Breadsticks, Cinnasticks, Garlic Bread, or Cheesey Bread to accompany your meal.

Hungy, but not for pizza? We also serve Grinders (a larger version of baked sub sandwich), Calzones, Stombilo, and a wide array of hot and cold pasta dishes.
