Thanks to Maple Leaf Community Council, here is a website with valuable links to documents related to the Northgate Urban Center zoning and Northgate LINK Light Rail Station plans.

There is plenty of opportunity to get involved. Check back on that page once in a while, and we’ll also be posting some meetings on our Pinehurst website.
Very exciting times for Northgate! We will be getting our long awaited light rail and more places for people to live and for businesses to locate.
I highly recommend folks read the Northgate Design Guidelines before attending this meeting http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/cms/groups/pan/@pan/@plan/@designguideupdate/documents/web_informational/dpds018787.pdf
This development is also on a major pedestrian street so those codes must also be addressed. Be aware that (sadly) no one will talk about traffic issues at this meeting. It’s just esthetics. I view Wallace as more reasonable than some of the other local developers. This is a contract rezone and I think he aims to please.
Sue – I don’t believe this is a rezone, simply a build to current zoning.
