Here’s a website that collects events from many sources into location-based groupings. Most of the Seattle neighborhoods are there but you can also make your own boundaries. I made one for an expanded Pinehurst that extends east of 15th Ave NE from its Pinehurst. It’s called PinehurstSeattle and it’s public, so you can use it if you wish.
Examples of events: real estate listings; building permits; events; local deals; 911 calls; volunteer opportunities. The search engine isn’t 100% accurate but it’s interesting nonetheless.
