Small Sparks Community Development Awards Are Waiting!

Do you have ideas for building community that could use up to $250 from the City’s Small Sparks program? Small Sparks involves people in creative small-scale community-building initiatives. For example, a Small Sparks project in the Beacon Hill neighborhood was done where people organized a paper airplane toss from a tower.
