Pinehurst Game Night!

To celebrate the fact that the shelterhouse at Pinehurst Playfield (that so many neighbors worked so hard on renovating) is available for our use again, I wanted to have a community game night. I’m planing to bring a ton of board games (strategy games, family games, classics) and hoping others can bring some too. This will just be a good chance to socialize with your neighbors and enjoy each other’s company.
And because it’s so timely we are going to start with a quick presentation at the meeting by Cleanscapes at 6:00 pm. It should be quick and then people will have time to think about what sorts of projects we might want.
CleanScapes, your neighborhood solid waste collection company, sponsors an annual $50,000 Neighborhood Waste Reduction Rewards competition and we are pleased to announce that your community is a winner! CleanScapes’ Thursday collection area is the 2012/2013 winner and includes portions of the following neighborhoods: Maple Leaf, Lake City, Victory Heights, Pinehurst and Northgate. Representatives from these neighborhoods will chose a project(s) totaling $50,000 for construction in the Thursday collection area.
