North Precinct Advisory Council Minutes – October 2014

This month’s guest speaker was the new Seattle Police Chief, Kathleen O’Toole. She gave some introductory remarks, including thanks to all the North End Seattlites who have been participating in community dialogues such as the Find It, Fix It walks, precinct picnic and other venues for sharing concerns and ideas. She acknowledges that each neighborhood is unique and know what it’s issues are, so she supports the Neighborhood Policing Plan concept. She’s impressed with Seattle and happy to be here.
