Another day at PLUNC – and a vote recommending the Pinehurst Safeway rezone be approved by full Council

Pinehurst Safeway discussion at this morning’s Seattle City Council Planning Land Use and Neighborhoods (PLUNC) meeting. The Property Use and Development Agreement (PUDA) is still being drafted, but PLUNC just voted to recommend the rezone for a full Council vote in October. Vote may occur at the October 12th City Council meeting. As always, more details as they are known.
