Puppies. You gotta love them. My friend and neighbor, Cheryl, introduced me to Harvey and Baxter and now it is my pleasure to introduce them to the rest of Pinehurst.
Harvey has had Baxter since early June when he was just seven weeks old (April 18, 2009) and barely 3 pounds – he’s a Cockapoo adopted from Echo Hills Ranch out of Spokane. Baxter is a bundle of very soft fur who flirts shamelessly with all the people in the neighborhood, particularly his “girlfriend”, the elderly Russian woman that lives next door with her daughter and son-in-law. He loves everyone and everything, except for the cat down the block, Stray Kitty (Stray Kitty isn’t a nice cat).
He’s a smart little puppy, learning “sit” and “stay” almost as soon as he came home. He quickly incorporated “dance” into his bag of tricks. His time is spent sleeping, playing, and trying to steal a bowl of ice cream when he thinks you might not mind overly much.
