Now anyone can post a notice on the kiosk at Pinehurst Pocket Park. Until now, only two of us who have keys could post under the Plexiglas window. Garth, the prior Pinehurst Community Council president who was instrumental in getting the pocket park, has been thinking for some time about how to open it up to more public use. So he designed a bulletin board for one side of the kiosk, and another Pinehurstian, John, built it. They were actually about to make bulletin boards for both sides, but that No Smoking sign suddenly appeared and it sticks out into where the bulletin board would go.
Due to the small size of the kiosk, the bulletin board is smallish, so if you can post on 3×5 cards, or some format smaller than a whole sheet of paper, more notices will fit.
