9/02 -2700 blk NE 123rd – while the resident was asleep the suspect entered his home using a ladder to gain access to a second floor window, the suspect reached inside and grabbed a laptop that was sitting on a table near the window
9/11 – 12300 blk 25th NE – the residents had been asleep when they were awakened by noise downstairs, they ignored it as they thought it was their landlord, a few minutes later the suspect opened the residents bedroom door, saw the resident and took off, they checked the house and found a broken out window and a kicked in basement door, no property was stolen
9/14 – 1700 blk NE Northgate Wy – the resident was gone for several hours during the day, when she returned she noticed several items missing, entry was made through an open kitchen window
9/14 – 13700 blk 15th NE – the resident was away from the house overnight, when he returned he saw that two jars of loose change were missing, there was no sign of forced entry to the home
9/17 – 11700 blk 24th NE – the resident was away for a few hours during the day, when she got home she saw that the portable air conditioner was removed from the window and her laptop was stolen
9/17 – 11300 blk 19th NE – the resident was at home in the evening watching TV, he heard a noise at his door, looked outside but did not seen anything, he then heard another noise in his unlocked attached garage and went to check, he saw a male he described as white with white or silver hair walk out of his garage and get into a light colored SUV, no property was stolen
9/22 -12000 blk Pinehurst Wy NE – the resident discovered that a large amount of tools had been stolen from his unlocked garage
9/25 – 13300 blk 15th NE – the resident was gone for about an hour during the day, when she entered the house she heard some noise but assumed it was her roommate, she looked in the office and noticed it had been ransacked so she left the house and called 911 from a neighbor’s, entry was made by removing a window screen and a laptop was stolen
9/29 – 12300 blk 8th NE – this is a house that is mostly empty and up for sale, the owner discovered some damage to a stove and a washer & dryer set missing, entry was made through a window that had been left unlocked
