The matter is scheduled for a vote before the City Council on October 26, 2009. The meeting will commence at 2:00 p.m. and will be held in City Council chambers, 600 – 4th Avenue, 2nd Floor, in downtown Seattle.

At that meeting, the Council will vote whether to approve, approve with conditions or deny the ordinance that will change the zone of the property from SF 7200 to NC3-40. The Planning Land Use and Neighborhood Committee first considered this matter at their September 9, 2009 meeting before forwarding their recommendation on to the Council to approve the rezone.

As no timely requests were filed to supplement the record or appeal the Hearing Examiner recommendation, no such requests will be considered. No testimony will be permitted, as the Council’s review is based solely on the record forwarded by the Hearing Examiner.
