Kurt Fisher (who presented at our March 31st Pinehurst Planning and Development Group meeting) at Gibraltar is interested in talking with neighbors further about the possibility of Gibraltar moving forward with a redevelopment of their property at the NW corner of 15th Ave NE and NE 123rd.
Discussion regarding this site is for a 4 to 6 story mixed use building – possibly with an affordable housing component. Ground level would be retail as required by the Northgate Overlay District Design Guidelines.
We are looking for a few neighbors to work on this project. It is likely a two year commitment. We will limit the number of in person meetings and work through phone and e-mail as much as possible.
