Wow, they reaction. The store is a national success, that has other entities trying to match it’s business plan and profits. It would potentially employ MANY. Yet, it’d be a travesty if the low income trash in the area actually came out of their low income housing to spend money. Has Target become the “new” Frederick and Nelson?
