12/03 – 12300 blk Roosevelt Way NE sometime overnight the victim’s car which was parked in his condo’s secure garage was broken into, an iPhone, CDs and a spare set of car keys were stolen
12/04 – 12800 blk 8th NE the victim arrived home to find his garage door open and his car stolen, he checked further and found that the glass in a rear door had been broken, allowing the suspect to reach inside and unlock the door; he also discovered that several other items had been stolen from the house
12/12 – 12500 blk 26th NE the victim was home and asleep; when he awoke he discovered that someone had broken the glass in his back door, reached in and opened it with the key and stole the key
12/21 – 13300 blk 10th NE the residents were away on various errands and the back door was left unlocked; when they returned they found a number of items stolen including jewelry, musical instruments, and a bike
12/22 – 2400 blk NE 115th the employees at this construction site arrived for work and saw open doors and windows; a number of tools were stolen, there was no sign of forced entry
12/23 – 13300 blk 15th NE the victim was gone for several hours during the day; when she returned she found her rear sliding door pried open and jewelry and medication missing
12/28 – 800 blk NE 120th officers were dispatched to an alarm activation at this address; they found the front door open and checked the house, it appears the suspect was scared off before any property could be stolen
12/30 – 12000 blk Hiram Pl NE this house is being remodeled, the victim left overnight, when he returned the next morning he discovered a broken window and a large number of tools stolen
