There was a large narcotics arrest last night, the second in the past month in the Pinehurst neighborhood. (The earlier one is here.) From the Seattle Police Blotter:
On 2/25/09 at 1:20 a.m. , North Anti Crime Team responded to a report of suspicious males possibly dealing drugs out of a vehicle parked in the 2700 block of NE 123rd St.. Upon contacting the two occupants of the vehicle the officers were able to develop probable cause to arrest the two subjects. The officers located nearly 10 ½ ounces of crack cocaine with a street value of over $30,000. An additional $2,400 in currency was seized from the driver. Both suspects were booked into King County Jail for Violation of the Uniform Substance Act (VUCSA) and Posession with Intent (PWI) and miscellaneous warrants.
