There’s a new land use notice for 525 NE Northgate Way. This is the second design review meeting and many neighbors already gave feedback earlier. There isn’t too much changing here but I thought people would like to know what’s going on.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal is to rezone 72,985 sq. ft. of land from NC3-65 to NC3-85. Project includes a seven-story structure containing 22,976 sq. ft. of commercial with 262 residential units above and 17,600 cu. yds. of grading. Below grade parking for 270 vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished.
