An application has been made to build a four-story building with 36 apartment units at 12544 15th Ave NE in Pinehurst. The project would include parking for 55 vehicles in above grade garage.
It appears that the project was originally applied for in 2006 and went through design review. It is not clear whether the project is really moving forward (given current economic conditions) or if this is merely some administrative process. I will post more as I learn it.
