As the fog rolls in I pull out my dusty trunk of sweaters and prepare to hunker down cozy in wool, belly full of comfort food. My midwestern roots tell me to whip up a casserole but since you may be joining me for breakfast this weekend, I can think nothing better than to start off my Saturday with a green chili egg and cheese bake.
