Amante Pizza

I can forgive the Pinehurst Amante Pizza for calling itself the Shoreline Amante on its web site. Whatever they call it, the restaurant, which opened on Roosevelt Way earlier this year, is a nice addition to our neighborhood.

My kids used to request Pagliacci when we ordered pizza. Now they ask for Amante.

Amante offers delivery, take-out and dining room service. If you order in the dining room, there are some great daily specials that you can take advantage of. Their menu includes pizza, pasta, calzones, subs, salads, appetizers and more.

We have been holding some community meetings in the dining room. The most popular day for meetings at Amante is Mondays. Mondays also happen to be the day of the week when one of the specials is $2 off beer and wine…
