Hmm, I didn’t even know there was a poll because I use an RSS reader to read this blog; I don’t actually visit the web site. I vote sidewalks!
Eric –
I will post to the blog a notice to go to the full blog page when I post surveys in the future. I did send a notice in a neighborhood e-mail, but agree that it will be easier to see in the RSS feeds.
I will adjust the results for your added vote.
The take away from the poll, imperfect as it is, is that both crime prevention and sidewalks are clear priorities.
I am hoping that someone steps up to attend the North Precinct meetings.

I’m surprised to see crime prevention as #1 … maybe I’m blind but I feel safe in my house and don’t witness much crime … am I missing something ?
Sidewalk for me too !!!
Good question. Pinehurst has a low crime rate compared to most Seattle neighborhoods, but there has been an increase in crime over the past year relative to what it had been previously. Neighbors want to be proactive to prevent this from getting worse.
